I have been training men, young and old in gyms for many years now, and i know going to a gym for the first time, or even for the first time in a long time is daunting. You know what you want to look like but how do you get that? You don't want to be in that uncomfortable situation where you don't know what you are doing and looking lost. Also the option of hiring an expensive personal trainer might be out of the question.

I have created a beginners program to teach you everything you would need to know: how to lose weight, build muscle, complete a full body workout and give you confidence in your own gym. You won't waste your money on a gym membership that you don't use and just as important you won't be wasting your time producing no results.
This program will also help men with health related issues: loss of bone density, being overweight, diseases like diabetes, obesity and high blood pressure. All of these issues can be brought under control from working out and sticking to a fitness program. I have broken down this beginners program into 4 color-coded video days. Week 1 you will follow the BLUE Program on Monday, RED Program on Wednesday, YELLOW Program on Friday or Saturday. In Week 2, you will start with the GREEN Program on Monday and then follow the color cycle again.
