Welcome to my Stay at Home Mom's-Beginners Program.

I have been training stay at home moms, post pregnancy for a number of years now. Have there been times when you look in the mirror and don’t recognize yourself because you have put on weight or cannot shake the pregnancy weight gain? Or are you depressed about the way you look and you don’t even look in the mirror. Or your fitness level has dropped to a point where you have no energy or are always tired? Perhaps the simplest of tasks like picking up your child is difficult because of lower back pains, stiff legs or no strength at all in any key areas?

These series of exercise routines have worked successfully for many women like you before. I have designed these programs with years of experience behind them with past and present clients. My focus is on achieving results that include weight loss, body sculpting, increasing energy levels, gaining strength in key areas, which will hopefully lead to an overall happier YOU.

This $19.95 Stay At Home Moms 80-minute beginner program includes an optional choice food program – with a break down of your daily eating routine, options for meals, snacks and drinks and an explanation of their nutritional benefits. This beginners program is split into 4 color coded day workout. My program for you is structured as follows: On Week 1, Monday you will follow the BLUE program. Then on Friday or Saturday,  work out to the RED program. On Week 2 you will do the YELLOW program on  Monday and then the GREEN on either Thursday or Friday

After following this program for a period of 8 weeks, you will be ready to advance to the Stay At Moms Workout Intermediate Program.
