Shipping & returns
Processing & shipping
- Processing: orders are prepared at our fulfillment center within 1–2 business days before they ship.
- Orders placed after 2pm PST on Friday begin processing the following Monday.
- Shipping cost: calculated at checkout.
Returns & exchanges
- Request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
- Items must be unworn and unused, with tags, in their original packaging.
- Sale items can be exchanged, not returned. Exchanges are for a different size or color of the same style.
- Once a return is approved, we’ll email a return label and instructions. Items sent back without an approved request can’t be accepted.
- Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
